Coco really confused her fans by stepping out into the storm on the one day she wasn't wearing a turtleneck. Expect something to the effect of Juliet's balcony scene, but classier.
It does clear up some mystery, since she was always rumored to have kept a battery-powered radio, a can opener, some blankets, a first-aid kit, clothing, food and water in there.
