Toddler pageant favorite, Alana, a.k.a. Honey Boo-Boo Child, never won Miss Premie Supreme, or whatever you call the reigning result of child exploitation. But she did make a comeback on Dr. Drew's Lifechangers, and was ready to tear her mother's hair out.
